Vikram Amritraj

Vikram Amritraj serves as counsel to the firm, bringing a strong background in litigation and advisory work with an emphasis on intellectual property, including trademark enforcement, false advertising, and related commercial disputes.

Originally from Los Angeles, Mr. Amritraj began his legal career in Arizona before returning to California. His practice focuses on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, as well as advising clients on business and litigation strategy. He regularly assists with trademark disputes, unfair competition claims, and pre-litigation enforcement efforts, with an emphasis on resolving matters efficiently while preserving clients’ business interests.

Mr. Amritraj has experience handling matters in both federal and state courts and is known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach. He frequently works to resolve disputes prior to formal litigation while remaining fully prepared to advocate aggressively when litigation becomes necessary.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU, where he also completed a certification in Law, Science & Technology. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
